As always, Tri-State Taxidermy guarantees all specimens to be legal & carry appropriate permits. Any mount offered for sale has been lawfully taken and may be legally sold. Migratory birds offered for sale have been captive reared by licensed breeders and carry appropriate federal permits. When purchasing mounts it is the buyers responsibility to obtain any importation permits that may be necessary for his/her particular state or country.
